Affiliate commission rules
How commission is calculated, held, released and disqualified across the representative network.

Direct commission
You earn the commission rate published on each product at the moment the customer pays. Rates are snapshotted per order line, so later price or rate changes never alter an existing commission.
Network commission
You also earn an override percentage on qualifying sales made by representatives you personally introduced. Overrides are paid from the platform margin and never reduce the earnings of the representative who made the sale.
Holding period
Commission stays pending while the order is in fulfilment and for the duration of the return window. It moves to your available balance once the order is delivered and the window closes.
Disqualification
Refunded, cancelled, self-referred, incentivised or otherwise manipulated orders are disqualified, and the related commission is removed from your balance.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals require completed KYC, a payout account in your own name and a balance at or above the published minimum. Requests are reviewed manually, typically within 48 hours.
