The rules that apply when you shop on New Age Supplements or take part in the affiliate programme.

1. Using the platform
By placing an order or registering as a representative you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information and use the platform only for lawful purposes.
2. Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in Nigerian naira and include applicable charges unless stated otherwise. An order is only accepted once payment has been verified. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a product becomes unavailable.
3. Affiliate participation
Representatives earn commission at the rate published on each product at the moment the customer pays. Commission is held while the order is in fulfilment and becomes available after delivery and the return window. Fraudulent, self-referred or manipulated orders are disqualified.
4. Account suspension
We may suspend or deactivate an account that breaches these terms, misrepresents products, or attempts to manipulate attribution or payouts. Commission linked to disqualified activity is forfeited.
5. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the dashboard notification centre before they take effect.
