Fulfilment & delivery policy
How supplement orders are dispensed, packed and delivered across Nigeria, and what to expect at each stage.

Dispensing checks
Every order is checked against batch and expiry records before packing. Items within 90 days of expiry are never dispensed, and temperature-sensitive products are packed with insulated liners.
Processing time
Verified orders are picked and packed within one business day. Orders placed after 4pm, on weekends or on public holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery windows
Lagos deliveries typically arrive in 1 to 2 business days. Other South-West states take 2 to 3 days, and the rest of Nigeria 3 to 5 days. You receive a tracking reference the moment your parcel leaves our facility.
Failed deliveries
Our courier attempts delivery twice. If nobody is available, the parcel is held at the nearest pickup point for 5 days before being returned to us and refunded less the delivery fee.
Damaged or missing parcels
Report any damage or shortage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and seal. Confirmed cases are replaced at no cost.
